Introducing “The Fonduta” pizza, a true cheesy love story between English and Italian Cheeses.
The Cheese Bar team have supplied us with a beautiful Cornish Gouda and a Cotswold Hard cheese to bled with our Italian mozzarella and ricotta. The cheeses are melted down in our oven with splash of white wine and garlic on our classic base, which we’ve slightly altered, inspired by the shape of the beautiful Georgian dish Khachapuri, then topped with a slice of prosciutto, a balsamic pickled onion and cornichons.
Let the Gouda times roll!
