INTRODUCING OUR NEW MENU

As a love letter to Napoli, our new menu brings you never-seen-before pizzas, cocktails & sides that will take you on that much needed one-hour holiday to Southern Italy.

Every year we embark on our perpetual pilgrimage, travelling to Naples to deep dive into their ever-evolving pizza scene.

We’ve been on a mission to source the very best DOP-protected produce: from hand-cut 30-month Gran Riserva Prosciutto di Parma to world-famous Cetaran anchovies from the Amalfi coast and Solania tomatoes grown in the foothills of Mount Vesuvius.  
 
Our commitment to seeking out the highest quality produce and authentic flavours from the region are reflected in our new menu and we’ve even given our much-loved icons a bit of a refresh too.

Why? Because we take pizza seriously, but we hope to never forget that pizza should always be fun. So, alongside the serious task of sourcing the best, you’ll find soon-to-be fave new pizzas, sunny cocktails & lighter sides that’ll make you smile.

🌊 AMALFI COAST

30-month aged hand-cut Prosciutto di Parma, Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP tomatoes, 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Mozzarella di Bufala DOP, rocket & extra virgin olive oil. 

🧀 BURRATA& PESTO

Genovese basil pesto, Puglian burrata, Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP tomatoes & extra virgin olive oil.

🍅 MARINARA EXTRA

San Marzano DOP tomato, Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP tomatoes, garlic herb oil, oregano, extra virgin olive oil – with optional burrata.

We’re always looking at how we can make our pizzas even better through finding new techniques and producers on pilgrimages to Napoli. Here’s the list of pizzas that have been given an updgrade.

Wafer-thin, lightly smoked Napoli salami with black pepper.

🍯 CRUST DIPPERS – INTRODUCING DIP TO DONATE!

We’re introducing hot honey as the latest flavour in our crust dipper lineup alongside:  

  • Pesto aioli 

  • Garlic & herb 

  • Nduja 

  • White truffle 

  • Hot honey

🍹 SUMMER COCKTAILS

🌶 Spicy Pineapple Margarita 

100% agave Blanco tequila, pineapple, lime, chilli, with a Tajin rim. Sweet, sour & spicy.

🍉 Watermelon & Strawberry Daiquiri 

Fresh watermelon & strawberry juice, lemon, golden rum, mint. Shaken over ice.
