16th October '23 saw us host our third annual Head Chef Competition, aka THE DOUGHDOWN.
It's a key moment in our chefs' calendars and a celebration of their talent, creativity and passion. The winner has the sought-after honour of having their creation crowned our November '23 guest special!

ANDREA, HEAD CHEF - NOTTS
🍕A red cabbage base, roasted potatoes, guanciale, cherry tomatoes, basil, Parmesan and stracciatella.
After the ultimate cook-off and rounds of voting from our special guest judges, the audience and our Instagram community, we crowned Andrea the winner, and his pizza is now our November special!
Taking our motto, 'Born in Naples. Bred in London', Andrea has combined British favourites with Italian staples, bridging the gap between Italy and England.
A red cabbage purple base(!) is topped with roasted potatoes, guanciale, and fresh cherry tomatoes. Finished with creamy Stracciatella, fresh basil, Parmesan, and a crack of freshly ground black pepper!
