Toni joined the Pilgrims family in 2024 as Head Chef at Hyde Park – already a total pro. It didn’t take long for him to make waves, and last year he took the reins at our London Bridge pizzeria. Since then, he’s been leading with calm confidence, big heart and serious flavour chops.
A sweet soul through and through, Toni thrives when he’s given space to express himself. And this year, that expression came in the form of one unforgettable pizza. Honest, humble, and full of heart – just like him – it stole the show and earned him the big win.
