The kits contains everything we have discovered on our pilgrimages to Naples - and we genuinely believe our Frying pan method makes the best Neapolitan pizza possible at home (without a massive pizza oven and three burly Italian pizza chefs).
It’s easy, quicker than a take away and totally delicious. What is more, we have been lucky enough to win an award or two over the years - so this kit essentially makes you an award winning pizza chef - congrats!

Our Margherita kit is suitable for vegetarians as our Fior di Latte mozzarella cheese does not contain animal rennet.
Our Margherita kits have a use by date on the box. Make sure to pop your kit in the fridge as soon as you can when you receive it and remember to lift your dough out a couple of hours before cooking for best results.
We recommend a non-stick frying pan that is around 12-13 inches! Ideally use an oven safe frying pan too if you don’t have one, transfer your pizza to a baking tray.
Totally! The dough we use is the same that we use in our pizzerias, so if you're lucky enough to own a pizza oven it should turn out great. We think our 'frying pan plus grill' method is the best way to get a nice puffy crust and charred spots at home without a pizza oven, but you can certainly get some good results experimenting with your regular oven or even BBQ - check for tips on YouTube.
Our dough uses active yeast, which means... it's sort of alive! Yeast is always going through a process of growing and rising. Chilled conditions will slow and almost pause this process, but if your dough is left for a couple of days or gets a little warm, it may start bubble out of its pot. Whilst it is still safe, when exposed to air it will start to harden so if this happens try to move it into a cooler part of your fridge and move it to a larger pot.
