Our first-ever Manchester pizzeria has landed on Deansgate, right in the heart of Manchester city centre. Whether you're after the best pizza in Manchester for a quick lunch, a proper sit-down dinner or a spontaneous walk-in, we're making Neapolitan pizza the way it should be — double-fermented dough, the finest ingredients, baked at 500°C to give that light, chewy, charred crust. Just like in Naples.

Alongside our award-winning pizzas we're pouring tasty cocktails, ice-cold beer and refreshing slushies from our very own Fiat Panda Pop bar. On the top floor, a dedicated pizza masterclass kitchen and chef's table await. Come to feast, come to party, or come to finesse your dough-stretching skills — either way, get ready for a one-hour holiday in Napoli.

Budding pizza-makers, your time has come. Our dedicated masterclass kitchen on the top floor of our Manchester pizzeria is home to some of the most fun pizza making classes in the city. Our experienced pizzaiolos will guide you through the full process — from stretching the dough to loading your toppings — for a genuine hands-on taste of Neapolitan pizza in Manchester.

Once your pizza hits the oven, kick back with a drink and prepare to judge everyone else's efforts. Brilliant for date nights, team days out, hen dos, or anyone who simply wants to eat what they make.

Pizza

In 2011 we began a pilgrimage in search of the best pizza in Italy. Since our return, we’ve spent every day trying to create our own perfect pizza. The pizza you’ll eat today has a double fermented dough topped with the finest ingredients we can get our hands on and baked at 500 ̊C to give a light, chewy and charred crust. Just like in Naples.

Every pizza starts with a double-fermented dough that we proof for 24 hours, topped with San Marzano tomatoes DOP, Fior di Latte mozzarella, and a carefully sourced selection of Italian ingredients — then fired in our 500°C oven for a blistered, chewy crust you won't find just anywhere. It's why we've been recognised as one of the best pizza places Manchester has to offer since day one.

Authentic Neapolitan Pizza in Manchester

Neapolitan pizza has a strict set of rules, and we follow them religiously. The dough is made with Tipo 00 flour, leavened slowly with a natural sourdough starter, stretched by hand — never rolled — and baked at temperatures most ovens could only dream of. The result is a lighter, more digestible base than you'll find at most casual dining restaurants in Manchester, and one that lets the quality of the toppings shine.
