Our first-ever Manchester pizzeria has landed on Deansgate, right in the heart of Manchester city centre. Whether you're after the best pizza in Manchester for a quick lunch, a proper sit-down dinner or a spontaneous walk-in, we're making Neapolitan pizza the way it should be, double-fermented dough, the finest ingredients, baked at 500°C to give that light, chewy, charred crust. Just like in Naples.

Alongside our award-winning pizzas we're pouring tasty cocktails, ice-cold beer and refreshing slushies from our very own Fiat Panda Pop bar. On the top floor, a dedicated pizza masterclass kitchen and chef's table await. Come to feast, come to party, or come to finesse your dough-stretching skills, either way, get ready for a one-hour holiday in Napoli.

Celebrate our First Birthday with us!

It's been a year since we rolled into Manchester, and we've loved every minute of becoming a little part of one of the best food cities in the country. To celebrate, we've built a whole month of reasons to visit, starting with a brand new pizza and running straight through a weekend of DJs, freebies and free pizza-making for the kids.

The celebrations properly kick off on the first weekend of October, with something for everyone.

Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd October belong to the DJs. DJ SIAH takes over the decks from 6pm 'til late on both nights, with birthday freebies up for grabs throughout the weekend. Entry is completely free, just come as you are and join the party.

Sunday 4th October is all about the kids. We're opening up our dedicated pizza kitchen for a day of free family fun, headlined by free kids' pizza-making masterclasses. Little ones can roll up their sleeves and become pizzaiolos for the day, learning to stretch, top and bake their own pizza from scratch. There'll also be face painting from Smudge Facepainting, plus plenty more to keep the whole family entertained.

Budding pizza-makers, your time has come. Our dedicated masterclass kitchen on the top floor of our Manchester pizzeria is home to some of the most fun pizza making classes in the city. Our experienced pizzaiolos will guide you through the full process — from stretching the dough to loading your toppings — for a genuine hands-on taste of Neapolitan pizza in Manchester.

Once your pizza hits the oven, kick back with a drink and prepare to judge everyone else's efforts. Brilliant for date nights, team days out, hen dos, or anyone who simply wants to eat what they make.

Pizza Pilgrims arrived on Deansgate to bring Manchester something it's been waiting for: proper Neapolitan pizza made the way they do it in Naples. Since opening our doors in the heart of Manchester city centre, we've quickly become one of the go-to pizza restaurants Manchester has to offer, whether you're stopping in for a solo slice and a beer, hosting a group dinner, or celebrating a birthday in our private party space.

If you're looking for the best pizza in Manchester, we'd like to make the case. Every pizza starts with 72 hour double-fermented dough, topped with San Marzano tomatoes DOP, Fior di Latte mozzarella, and a carefully sourced selection of Italian ingredients, then fired in our 500°C oven for a blistered, chewy crust you won't find just anywhere. It's why we've been recognised as one of the best pizza places Manchester has to offer since day one.

Rather eat at home? You can order pizza Manchester-wide through our Click & Collect service. We also offer takeaway directly from the restaurant, just walk up to the counter. However you choose to enjoy it, the pizza tastes exactly the same.

Authentic Neapolitan Pizza in Manchester

Neapolitan pizza has a strict set of rules, and we follow them religiously. The dough is made with Tipo 00 flour, leavened slowly with a natural sourdough starter, stretched by hand, never rolled, and baked at temperatures most ovens could only dream of. The result is a lighter, more digestible base than you'll find at most casual dining restaurants in Manchester, and one that lets the quality of the toppings shine. From our classic Margherita to the show-stopping 8-Cheese, every pizza on our menu has a story rooted in Italian tradition.
