Our gluten free base is the real deal, crafted using our own recipe to deliver the same light, satisfying bite you'd expect from a proper Neapolitan pizza. We've worked hard to make sure that choosing gluten free at Pizza Pilgrims doesn't mean choosing a lesser experience. Because that would defeat the whole point.

The gluten free base is available across our core menu, which means you can get into the classics: a proper Margherita with fior di latte mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes, a smoky Nduja if you like a bit of heat, or any of our other signatures. The toppings don't change. The quality doesn't change. The pizza just works for you.

Is Our Gluten Free Pizza Coeliac Friendly?

We want to be straight with you here, because we think you deserve honesty over marketing fluff.

Our gluten free bases are prepared with care and we take dietary requirements seriously. However, our kitchens are not entirely gluten free environments, we handle wheat flour daily as part of our pizza-making process. This means we cannot guarantee zero risk of cross contamination.

If you have a severe gluten allergy or coeliac disease, please speak to a member of our team before ordering. Our staff are trained to talk you through the allergen information and help you make the right call for your needs. We'd rather have that conversation than have you leave feeling unwell.

For those with a gluten intolerance (rather than a full coeliac diagnosis), our gluten free pizza option is a great choice, and one that plenty of our regular guests enjoy without issue.
